| Your body endures stress every day, and my massage techniques will help to reduce the effects of this stress, as well as relax your tense muscles, increase your blood circulation, strengthen your immune system and just plain make you FEEL GOOD. A typical full body massage usually includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, feet, buttocks, abdominal area, face and scalp. By all means, let me know what makes you feel good, as well as if anything is uncomfortable, ticklish, painful or you have any special needs or preferences. | The best way to receive a massage is to start out freshly showered. For your convenience, I always provide shower facilities on the premises. While on the table, it works best to be undressed and draped with a towel or top sheet, but this of course depends on your modesty level and what is most comfortable for you. Remember, the more relaxed you are during the massage, the better the outcome will be. It also works better to try to focus your attention on your breathing, and not to help me move your arms and legs at all during the massage. In other words, try to take on the posture of an overcooked spaghetti noodle. Just lie on the table, relax as much as possible, and let me do the work. You’ll be glad you did! |
| I do both in and out calls, which means that you can come to my place, where your privacy will be respected, or I can travel to you. In calls are $80 per hour, ($110 for 90 minutes), and out calls are $110 for 60 minutes ($135 for 90 minutes). I work late mornings, afternoons and evenings up until around 11PM, and I always provide you with fresh linens, relaxing music, a comfortable table and a great pair of hands.
